How to set theme to default
After installing your theme, you might want to set it to default, and / or force users onto the new theme.
Setting theme to default
- Browse to: ACP (Admin Control Panel) → "General" (tab)
- In the left sidebar, click "Board settings"
- Scroll down to "Board style"
- Set "Default style" to your preferred theme
- Submit
Force users onto new theme
If you have multiple styles installed, your users will remain on their currently-selected theme, even after setting a new default.
To overcome this (if you want to), it is necessary to force users onto the new theme.
- Browse to: ACP (Admin Control Panel) → "General" (tab)
- In the left sidebar, click "Board settings"
- Scroll down to "Board style"
- Set "Override user style" to "Yes"
- Submit
If you only wanted to force your new users onto the new theme, but still want to let them switch to a different theme, you can disable this option again afterwards.
