Extension not showing in "manage extensions"
Problem
Some users report that the Flightdeck extension is not showing up on the "Manage extensions" page after upload.
Cause
The files have been uploaded incorrectly, or to the wrong location.
Solution
Ensure the files have been uploaded to the correct location. The file path should be:
/flightdeck/ should contain 8 folders and 1 file named "composer.json"
